10% upto Rs 3000 Instant Discount on select products with Credit Cards & Debit Cards of Leading Banks

• Instant Discount of 10% (upto Rs. 3000) applicable on select Credit cards and Debit cards of leading banks
• Maximum discount per card account during the Offer Period will be Rs. 3,000
• Offer applicable on a minimum purchase of Rs. 5,000
• Offer is also applicable on EMI transactions.
• The Offer will be made available from – 6^th to 7^th Sept and 13^th to 30^th Sept 2023 (“Offer Period”).
• This Offer can be availed once per card (across EMI & Non-EMI transactions).
• No two offers can be clubbed together.
• Offer is applicable on selected products only, check product page offer section for offer applicability.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Brand/ Bank cashback offer – In case of availability of an active Brand Cashback offer, this offer shall not be applicable.

Other Terms & Conditions of Offer:

• This “Discount Program” (“Offer”) is made available by Partner Bank/s under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd. (“JioMart”) for the customers shopping on com(“JioMart Website”) and on JioMart mobile application (“JioMart Mobile App”)(collectively referred to as (“JioMart Platform”).
• Offer is open to Indian customers holding a valid and current Credit/Debit Card (“Cardholder”) issued by the Partner Bank. This Offer cannot be availed by a Corporate/ Company.
• Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
• Under no circumstance will the benefit offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by the Partner Bank or by JioMart.
• JioMart & Partner Bank reserve their right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
• In case of full cancellation/return of order, transaction will not qualify for the cashback under this Offer. If customer cancels a part of his/her order, or if the customer has not been supplied with full order, he/she will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid on the basis of eligibility.
• Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
• Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
• Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. JioMart and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
• Decision of the Partner Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by JioMart in this behalf.
• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
• By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions read with Terms of Use of the JioMart Platform and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Partner Bank, Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
