Registration

How do I register?
You can register by clicking on the "Sign In/ Sign up" link located at the top right corner on the home page. Please provide the required information in the form that appears and click on submit. We will send OTP to verify your mobile number. After successful OTP validation, please start shopping.
Do I need to necessarily register before shopping on www.jiomart.com?
Yes. However, you can browse the website without registration. You are required to login or register while you checkout.
Can I have multiple registrations?
Each email ID/login ID and mobile number can only be associated with one customer account.
What if I enter wrong email ID while registering online/on phone?

What is My Account?
'My Account' is your a/c where you can view your Personal Information, Order History and Shopping List.
I forgot my password?
Please click on “Forgot password” link available after the “use password” link and use the OTP to setup a new password.
I am unable to login?
Your Login ID and password are case sensitive. Please enter correct information & try again. Use OTP login to in case password is not working and use “Forgot Password” to set a new one.

Product / Price / Promotion

How do I look for a particular Product?
You can either search by navigating through category pages or by using Product Search
How will you ensure the freshness of products?
We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all products and maintain them in the correct temperature & packaging.

Ordering

How do I know if I placed my order correctly?
Upon successful completion of order, order confirmation e-mail and SMS will be sent to your registered email id and phone number containing your order details.
Can I order on phone?
No, currently this service is not available
How are the fruits and vegetables weighed?
Every fruit and vegetable varies a little in size and weight. You can order any pack size/weight available on the website. While you shop, we will show an estimated weight and price for everything on per kilogram. At the time of billing, we pack the closest pack size/weight and charge you for the actual weight/each of the item. E.g. If you order 1 Kg Apple Red Delicious, we will try to pack exact 1 Kg or a weight closest to 1 Kg. If actual weight is 987 gm, we will bill you for 987 gm and not 1 Kg.
How do I make changes to my order?
Currently, there is no provision for changing the order once placed. In case of any urgent requirement, please call our customer support team & we will assist you with best possible option.

What are the various modes of payment I can use for shopping?
You can pay for your order using the following modes of payment:

  • Cash / Debit Card
  • Netbanking

Delivery

How will I know that jiomart.com delivers in my area?
You can check the serviceability of your area while selecting your pin code at the time of ordering a product.
