T&Cs - Hyperlocal Delivery

JioMart strives to provide timely and convenient delivery services to its customers. However, JioMart does not guarantee the delivery within the said time owing to varying factors such as and not limited to non-availability of third-party delivery service providers, high demand, traffic and weather conditions, a force majeure event, etc. By using JioMart's delivery services, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms 

  • If a delivery fee is charged and the order is not delivered in promised time (within 3km radius), JioMart shall refund the full delivery fee. 
  • No refund shall be applicable if no delivery fee is charged. 
  • The refund shall be credited to the customer's JioMart Wallet within one week from the date of delivery. 
  • This is only applicable for orders placed between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST. 
  • The delivery location shall be deemed reached when the delivery executive arrives within the vicinity of the customer's designated delivery address, as determined by JioMart's system.  
  • Applicable only on Hyperlocal Products.
