Terms and Conditions: Jiomart Gift Card
These Jiomart Gift Card terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the JioMart Gift Card (“Gift Card”), made available by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”), having its registered office at 3rd Floor, Court House, Lokmanya Tilak Marg , Dhobi Talao, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400002, India. The Gift Card can be redeemed against purchase of specified products at Reliance stores (except Reliance Jewels) and on www.jiomart.com (except jewellery) and its corresponding mobile application by the user (“User”/“User(s)”).
By purchasing or using a Gift Card, the User agrees and accepts these Terms.
1. Gift Cards shall be issued at a minimum denomination of Rs.100 (Indian Rupees One Hundred).
2. Gift Card once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
4. Gift Card cannot be purchased using cash on delivery (COD), promotional currencies or another Gift Card, as a payment option.
5. Gift Cards may only be purchased in denominations of upto Rs. 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand), or such other limits as Reliance may determine.
6. If a purchase exceeds the User’s Gift Card value, the remaining amount must be paid by the User.
7. Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
8. Gift Cards cannot be refunded if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
9. In the event that the value of the specified products bought with the Gift Card are exchanged for a lesser value, the User of the Gift Card will not be paid in cash for the difference amount. If the value of the specified products bought with the Gift Card are exchanged for a higher value than the Gift Card redemption amount, the User shall pay the difference amount.
10. Gift Card can be redeemed for purchase of specified products at Reliance store (except Reliance Jewels) and JioMart (www.jiomart.com) (except jewellery).
11. Gift Card can be redeemed for purchase of specified product offered by Reliance and not by any third party seller.
12. Reliance reserves the right to withdraw, change/modify these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion and without prior notice to the User. It is the User’s responsibility in such cases, to review the Terms, from time to time.
13. Reliance does not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In case of breach of the Terms of these Gift Cards, the User agrees to compensate Reliance for all claims against Reliance.

15. These Gift Cards and its Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra in case of any disputes
