• 10% Cashback with HDFC Bank Credit Cards and EMI transactions.
• Maximum Cashback capped at Rs 1,250 for Credit Non EMI and Rs 1,750 for EMI transactions.
• The Offer will be made available from 6^th August, 2022 (00:00:01) to 9^th August, 2022 (23:59:59) (“Offer Period”).
• Minimum transaction to avail this Offer is Rs. 10,000.
• Only products listed under “Electronics” category shall be eligible for cashback under this offer.
• The maximum cashback limit is capped upto Rs. 1,750 per transaction.
• This Offer can be availed once per card (across EMI & Non-EMI transactions).
• No two offers can be clubbed together.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Brand/ Bank cashback offer – In case of availability of an active Brand Cashback offer, this offer shall not be applicable.
• Offer is NOT applicable on HDFC Bank Commercial Credit cards & HDFC-PayTM Co-branded Credit Cards.
• Offer is NOT applicable on Debit card Non-EMI transactions.
• Cashback for eligible transactions shall be posted to the linked card account by 30^th November 2022.

Other Terms & Conditions of Offer:

• This “Cashback Program” (“Offer”) is made available by HDFC Bank (“HDFC”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd. (“JioMart”) for the customers shopping on www.JioMart.com (“JioMart Website”) and on JioMart mobile application (“JioMart Mobile App”)(collectively referred to as (“JioMart Platform”).
• Offer is open to Indian customers holding a valid and current Credit/Debit Card (“Cardholder”) issued by the HDFC Bank. This Offer cannot be availed by a Corporate/ Company.
• Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
• Under no circumstance will the benefit offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by the HDFC Bank or by JioMart.
• Offer not valid on Commercial Credit Cards.
• Cashback under this Offer is capped at Rs. 1,750.
• JioMart & HDFC Bank reserve their right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
• In case of full cancellation/return of order, transaction will not qualify for the cashback under this Offer. If customer cancels a part of his/her order, or if the customer has not been supplied with full order, he/she will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid on the basis of eligibility.
• Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
• Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
• Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. JioMart and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
• Decision of the HDFC Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by JioMart in this behalf.
• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
• By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions read with Terms of Use of the JioMart Platform and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless HDFC Bank, Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
