• Instant Discount is applicable on SBI Credit cards EMI and Non EMI Transactions.
• Maximum discount per card account during the Offer Period will be applicable as per below table.
• Offer is applicable on EMI and Non EMI transactions.
• This Offer can be availed once per card.
• No two offers can be clubbed together.
• The offer is valid exclusively on designated appliance products sold by Reliance Retail. Customers are advised to check the offer section on the product page to ascertain the applicability of the offer, and to refer to the checkout page and payment page to determine the final bank instant discount amount applied.
• The applied bank instant discount amount displayed on the checkout and payment page shall be deemed as the final instant bank discount amount.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Brand/ Bank cashback offer – In case of availability of an active Brand Cashback offer, this offer shall not be applicable.
• The Offer will be made available from November 13, 2024 to November 30, 2024 (“Offer Period”).

• This “Discount Program” (“Offer”) is made available by Partner Bank/s under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd. (“JioMart”) for the customers shopping on com(“JioMart Website”) and on JioMart mobile application (“JioMart Mobile App”) (collectively referred to as (“JioMart Platform”).
• Offer is open to Indian customers holding a valid and current Credit/Debit Card (“Cardholder”) issued by the Partner Bank. This Offer cannot be availed by a Corporate/ Company.
• Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
• Under no circumstance will the benefit offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by the Partner Bank or by JioMart.
• JioMart & Partner Bank reserve their right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
• In case of full cancellation/return of order, transaction will not qualify for the cashback under this Offer. If customer cancels a part of his/her order, or if the customer has not been supplied with full order, he/she will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid on the basis of eligibility.
• Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
• Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
• Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. JioMart and the Bank neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
• Decision of the Partner Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by JioMart in this behalf.
• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
• By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions read with Terms of Use of the JioMart Platform and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Partner Bank, Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
