CASHBACK OFFER 

Terms and Conditions (T&C) 

This cashback offer (“Offer” or “Cashback”) is a promotional offer administered and offered by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on purchase of Eligible Products (defined below) listed on JioMart, the storefront through WhatsApp BOT (“JioMart Shop”) by the customer (“You” or “User”). These terms govern the terms and conditions of availment of aforesaid Offer. 

Offer:  

Upon the purchase of Eligible Products (defined below) sold by Reliance on JioMart Shop with minimum cart value of Rs.400.00 (Rupees Four Hundred Only) during the Offer Period, the User shall be eligible to get a cashback of 10%, maximum upto Rs. 60 (Rupees Sixty Only). The cashback will be credited to the JioMart wallet within 7 working days after the closure of the return window for the delivered Eligible Products.

Offer Period: 

The Offer shall commence 1st December, 2023 at (00:00:00 Hours) and shall continue until 31st December, 2023 at (23:59:59 Hours) (“Offer Period”), or such other date and/or time as may be determined by Reliance (“Offer Period”). 

Eligibility: 

  1. This Offer is open to all individual residents of the Republic of India, aged above 18.
  2. Each User should have a valid phone number registered in India.
  3. Offer is only applicable to the new Users who register on JioMart Shop during the Offer Period.
  4. User should register and make their first purchase of the Eligible Products with a minimum cart value of Rs.400 on JioMart Shop within the Offer Period.
  5. The User may avail this Offer only once during the Offer Period on User’s first order on JioMart Shop.

Eligible Products: 

The Offer shall be valid on purchase of products sold by Reliance on JioMart Shop. This does not include products such as bulk packs of Oils or Ghee, Atta, Sugar, Tea, Baby Food and Baby Products and any other item or product that may be identified by Reliance from time to time. 

Process to avail the Offer: 

  1. Go to JioMart Shop and browse the catalogue on JioMart Shop.
  2. Add the Eligible Products to the Whatsapp cart on JioMart Shop.
  3. Proceed to register on JioMart Shop and add the delivery address on JioMart webpage at https://www.jiomart.com/ and confirm the delivery address.
  4. Proceed to checkout and place the order.
  5. After the successful delivery of the order and closure of the return window as applicable to the Eligible Products ordered, the Cashback will be credited to your JioMart wallet associated with your registered mobile number used while placing the order, within a period of 7 working days.

Other Terms and Conditions: 

  1. Offer is valid only during the Offer Period.
  2. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts, cashback etc., that are being offered over and above the Offer on JioMart Shop cannot be clubbed by the User.
  3. Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability on JioMart Shop and accordingly Reliance in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the Products.
  4. User will not be eligible for the Offer if the order is fully cancelled or fully returned. If the User cancels the order partially or returns the order partially, the User will be eligible for the Offer only if the net order amount qualifies or meets the conditions of the Offer.
  5. The Cashback is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other items.
  6. Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction, or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, modify or change this Offer or any part thereof including eligible criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control with or without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the User at all times.
  7. These Terms are subject to Terms and Conditions, Cancellation, Return and Refund policy and all other policies of JioMart.  
  8. The cancellation, return or refund of the products shall be in accordance with the Return and Refund policy listed on JioMart.
  9. The maximum liability of Reliance is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the Offer.
  10. Reliance shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the User that is caused by:
    1. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Offer.
    2. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount.
    3. any other events beyond Reliance’s control that may cause the promotion.
  11. Reliance (including employees, directors) shall not be liable or held responsible for, any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, SMS, and emails service provider. 
  12. Users are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation to this Offer is purely voluntary and the same is being made purely on best effort basis. 
  13. User agrees that these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this Offer.
