• Minimum Order Value of Rs 199.
• Once per user per month during offer period.
• Offer period: 8^th May 2025 – 31^st July 2025.
• Minimum Assured Cashback of Rs 5.

 

1. This offer is applicable only when user pay on Merchant app for ₹199 or more using Paytm UPI
2. Assured cashback offer of min.cashback of Rs 5 and max.capped at Rs 200.

5. Cashback will be credited within a period of maximum 15 days from redeeming the scratch card on Paytm app.

7. By participating in this Offer, user hereby agree to be legally bound by and abide by these Terms & Conditions stated herein (hereinafter “T&C”) including but not limited to various Paytm policies as made available on its website or in any other mode. Participant(s) confirm and acknowledge that Participant(s) has read, understood and agreed to conform to these T&C. If Participant (s) does not agree to these T&C, participants will not be eligible to participate in this offer.

8. This Offer is materialized by Paytm and will be valid only for the limited Paytm reserves the right to amend, modify, change, add or terminate this Offer or discontinue this Offer at any time without any prior notice. In case there is any discrepancy or dispute regarding the Offer, the final and binding decision will be of Paytm and further, neither Paytm nor any third party shall have any liability towards any Participant.

         Process to avail the cashback shall be as follows:

• On successful completion of a transaction on Merchant Platform users will get a scratch card which will be available on the Paytm App in the Cashback & Offers section.

• All scratch cards issued from this offer will expire after 2 days of issuing
• Paytm reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.

         Selection Criteria:

• Selection shall be based on the criteria and sole discretion of Paytm, and the Customer hereby agrees that they shall not dispute/challenge any decision taken by Paytm. All decisions by Paytm regarding the selection of Customer(s) shall be final and binding.
• Paytm and/or the Merchant shall have the sole discretion to decide on all matters connected with the Offer(s) and the same shall be binding on Customer(s); and shall not be challenged in any manner by any Customer(s).
• The Offer is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and is valid during Offer Period

• The cashback may not be made Cash shall not be awarded in lieu of the cashback.

• Participation to this offer is purely voluntary. Privacy policy, Terms and condition of the website/portal shall be applicable.
• Reliance do not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this cashback. Maximum liability of Reliance is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the Offer.
• In no event can the virtual scratch card can be exchanged for cash or clubbed with any other existing offers/promotions.
• Reliance reserves the right, at any time to modify / amend/ withdraw, wholly or in part, any of the terms and conditions of this Offer without prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the Customer/User at all times.
• Reliance shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations under this Offer caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, epidemic, pandemic, regulation or ordinance of any government or governmental agency, notifications, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
• By participating, receiving and scratching the virtual card, Customer grants to Reliance a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable license to display, publish, announce or refer the details or name ("Material") in any form, electronic or print manner, venue, media or technology now known or later developed for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of trade, advertising, and promotion as Reliance and its licensees or assignees determine, without any further compensation, notification, or permission.
• Reliance reserves its right to display, publish, announce or refer the details or name ("Material") of any Customer who participate in this Offer in electronic or print media, the Customer who Participate in this Offer hereby unconditionally waives any and all current and future rights in the Material including right to claim against Reliance or its employees.
• By participating in the Offer, the Customer/Participant gives consent to utilize his/her data given by him/her to Reliance for Reliance own marketing purpose.
• In the event it is found that the Customer/Participant has violated any of these terms and conditions of the Offer and/or engaged in any illegal or wrongful acts under applicable laws and regulations for generating successful disbursal, then Reliance shall be at liberty to initiate such action as it may deem fit.
• Any dispute with regard to Product liability, guarantee, warranty and quality of the Products to be purchased under this Offer shall be addressed to the respective Manufacturer/ Brand Owner and Reliance shall not be held responsible for the same. The guarantee and warranty of the Products shall be transferred, as received from the respective Manufacturer/Distributor.
• All disputes are subject to the laws of India and Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction only.
