TERMS & CONDITIONS – OFFER ON S22 : BUDS2

  • Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. introduces an offer (“Offer”) on Galaxy S22 (“Device”), wherein a customer will be eligible for Galaxy Buds2 @ INR 2,999.
  • The Offer shall be available from June 1, 2023 to June 3, 2023 (“Offer Period”).
  • Customers who purchase the Device(s) shall be eligible for Galaxy Buds2 @ INR 2,999 (“Offer”).
  • A customer can purchase the Device online jiomart.com. (herein after referred to as “Online Outlet”)
  • Purchasing Device on Online Outlet -
    I. In case the Customer purchases the Device on Online Portal, Customer will have to make a full payment of the amount as declared on the respective Online Portal during the Offer Period.
    II. The price of the Device as listed on the Online Portal shall be inclusive of all taxes.
    III. While purchasing, Customer will have to fill in the required details as mentioned on the respective Online Portal such as name, mobile number, e-mail id, model number and colour of the Device, without which the purchase will be incomplete.
    IV. The Device will be dispatched by the Online Portal and the Customer will be notified for the same via SMS or e-mail.
    V. Date of shipping and estimated delivery date will be reflected on the Online Portal while placing order, depending upon your geographical location, where the Device has to be delivered.
    VI. The shipping of the Device will be subject to availability of stocks.
    VII. Customers who have purchased the “Device” will get a coupon code 15 days after the “Device” is delivered to claim the “offer” by placing an order for Galaxy Buds2 on www.jiomart.com.
    VIII. Galaxy Buds2 shall be on “As Is basis” and will be delivered subject to the stock availability.
  • By availing the Offer, it would be deemed that the customers have given their consent to contact them through call, SMS or e-mail on the details provided by them for the purpose of this Offer or for any future communications from Samsung or its authorized partners.
  • Reliance Retail reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
  • Any cancelled or returned orders are not eligible for the offer.
