In case your product become dysfunctional during the resQ RCP coverage period we will
- Remotely diagnose the problem and help you to make the product functional
- Visit your home and repair the product
- In case, repair can’t be done at home, we will take your product to our service centre, where our qualified engineers will repair your product at no cost to you
- In case of no repair possible, we buy back the product at depreciated value
- In case, due to some unforeseen situation, we are not able to repair the product within committed time, we will provide to you a standby unit
