After it gets lightly roasted, apply some butter on the chap and bake it again. After roasting, take out the chap from the seak. 2. In a Karahi (wok), heat 4-tbsp cooking oil and saute 1 cup finely chopped onions till they turn light golden in colour. Add 1 tsp. ginger-garlic paste, 1 -2 cut green chili,1 cup fresh tomato puree and cook for 8 mins till it releases oil on top. 2.Add 3-4 tsp Ashok soya chaap masala and 1/2 tsp salt as per taste Pour in 1 cup water and Cook for 3 mins. 3.Add fried Soya Chaap pieces into the gravy. Cover & simmer for 3 min.add 3-4 tbsp fresh cream as per taste and stir continuously on low flame. turn off flame after 2 min .Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves ,fresh cream & serve hot with Roti and laccha parantha.
