Our brilliant ergonomic design dual action machine is excellent for compounding, polishing and waxing painted surfaces. It comes with an 1800-4800 OPM (Orbits Per Minute), 120/240 V buffing machine, 5.75” diameter (1.25” thick) Velcro back buffing pad, a D-curve and a straight handle. It is basically a dual-action machine polisher that oscillates and shakes the pad and plate in several directions in quick motions, several thousand times per minute. The movement mimics how our hand moves in an irregular circular pattern when polishing or waxing a surface by hand. Dual action polishers differ from rotary buffers. Rotary buffers have a fixed circular rotation that doesn’t oscillate the buffing pads.

The WaveX W-15 Dual Action machine’s billet counter weight D-curve and straight handles ensure smooth precision balance with increased durability. It consists of a larger than standard 12” (diameter)/ (width) x 1.5” (height)/ (thickness) random orbital dual action pattern that makes it quicker and easier to achieve swirl-free finishes.

The reason why this is different from other conventional polishing/ buffing machines is the fact that it is a ‘soft starting’ polisher machine that maintains high torque levels even at low speeds which is ideal for polishing. This in turn allows you to bring out the highest level ‘show car shine’ that you could possibly imagine.

Its 5.75” polishing/ buffing pad reduces polisher chatter, resulting in a smoother and easier buffing. It does so by reducing heat build-up. It consists of a durable open cell foam which is used to improve airflow in the buffing pad for smoother polishing. The back plate of the buffing pad has a strong Velcro base plate that keep the polishing pad secure during use, but is nonetheless easy enough to remove without too much effort or damaging the pad/ Velcro.
