Medjoul Dates are candy-sweet with hints of caramel, honey, and cinnamon. They are large, about 2-3 inches long, plump, and cylindrical. Their skin is glossy maple brown, and tender. Their flesh is meaty, amber-coloured, moist, chewy in texture, and very succulent.
