Terms & Conditions – Flat Rs 500 Instant Discount on All* Bank Cards on select products

  1. This Marketing Program (“Offer”) is offered by All*banks and Reliance Retail Limited (“JioMart”).
  2. The Validity of the Offer is from 8th January 2024 00:01 to 10th January 2024 23:59

Eligibility:

  1. This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Offer start date.
  2. Offer applicable on All* banks Credit/Debit Non-EMI transactions and EMI transactions.
  3. In case of multiple products added in same order, customer would need to choose one discount offer from the applicable discount offers. Discount shall apply basis the offer chosen by the customer.
  4. Offer applicable only on select products of Washing Machines and Refrigerators. Please check “Bank Offers” section on product page for eligibility
  5. Offer applicable once per card (Non-EMI or EMI transactions)
  6. Offer is NOT applicable on All* Bank Commercial Credit Cards, PayTM Cobranded Credit Cards
  7. Offer is applicable on select Credit & Debit Cards of All* banks
  8. Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Brand/Bank offer – In case of availability of any other Brand/Bank cashback offer, above offer is not applicable.
  9. In case of multiple discount offers available on the same card, customer would need to click on “View and apply offer” tab on the payments page and choose the offer. Discount shall apply basis the offer chosen by the customer.
  10. Offer is applicable on select products only, check product page for offer applicability.
  11. In case of full cancellation/return of order, the transaction will not qualify for the Offer.
  12. If the User cancels a part of his/her order, or if the User has not been supplied full order, he/she will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid, basis the eligibility.
  13. Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products.
  14. The Offer/ benefits under these Programs cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by JioMart on www.jiomart.com or participating brands as part of any other arrangement.
  15. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered over and above the Offer can be availed by the Cardholders as per the applicable terms for such offers.
  16. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Banks or JioMart shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
  17. Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability with JioMart and accordingly Banks or JioMart in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
  18. Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by bank for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against JioMart.
  19. Bank reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time with or without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the Users at all times.
  20. Under no circumstance will the Offer being offered under this program be settled with cash in lieu by Bank by JioMart
  21. All government levies like GST, TDS, any Local Tax, etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered.
  22. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on best effort basis.
  23. All disputes under the Offer shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
