Other Terms & Conditions of Offers:

• These “Discount” (“Offer”) is made available by ICICI, HDFC and SBI Bank (“Partner”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
• Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit (“Cardholder”) to make a purchase at the merchants’ platforms (eligible platforms)
• Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
• Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum purchase condition in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via eligible Credit Card EMI & Non-EMI transactions during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online website. (Eligible Customer).
• Benefits under this offer is capped Rs.10,000 for Full Swipe transaction & EMI transaction will be eligible to have EMI interest discount.
• Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
• In case NO promo code is chosen by the customers at the payments page, customer would not be eligible for the discount.
• In case of payment failure, promo code would be reactivated within 30 minutes.
• Retailer & Partner Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
• Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
• Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.

• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
• By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
