Terms & Conditions- Reliance SBI Co-Branded Credit Card

This cashback (“Offer”) is offered to the users of JioMart- SBI Co-Branded Credit Card (“You” or “User”) by SBI Cards and Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) for Eligible Products listed on www.jiomart.com (“JioMart”). The User agrees that by participating in this Offer the User will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges to satisfy all the eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

Offer Period

This Offer shall commence on 01/11/2023 at [00:01 Hrs], and continue until 30/11/2023 [23:59 Hrs], or such other date and/or time as may be determined by Reliance (“Offer Period”).

Eligibility

1. This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Offer start date;
2. This offer will be valid for orders wherein payment is made using JioMart- SBI Co-branded credit cards or as may be determined by Reliance and/or SBI Cards from time to time;
3. Each User should have a valid phone number registered in India;
4. User makes the purchase of the Eligible Products on JioMart within the Offer Period.

Eligible Products

The Offer is available on purchase of all products sold by Reliance on Jiomart.

 The User shall be eligible to avail the Offer only if the User fulfils the conditions stated below:

Terms and Conditions

1. Cashback will be credited to User’s JioMart wallet and can be redeemed on eligible products sold by Reliance Retail on Jiomart. Not redeemable on products sold by Third party sellers.
2. Cashback will be credited in Customer’s JioMart wallet post within 3 months from the date of the transaction subject to closure of return window.
3. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other OEM/Brand offer or any other promotion offered by Reliance and/or SBI Cards. In case of existing OEM/Brand offer, above Offer shall not be applicable.
4. Select products may be excluded from the offer, please check the product page for offer eligibility before completing the transaction.
5. In case of full cancellation/return of order, the transaction will not qualify for the Offer.
6. If the User cancels a part of his/her order, or if the User has not been supplied with full order, he/she will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid, basis the eligibility.
7. These Terms are subject to Terms and Conditions, Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy and all other policies of JioMart.  
8. SBI Cards does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products.
9. The benefits under this Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount extended by JioMart or participating brands as part of any other arrangement.
10. Reliance and/or SBI Cards reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control with or without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the User at all times.
11. This Offer is for a limited period and can be withdrawn by Reliance/ SBI Cards at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
12. The Offer is subject to discontinuation or revocation in cases of fraudulent/ suspicious transaction or if there are any technical glitches or force majeure conditions as determined solely by Reliance and may disqualify any User from getting the benefits of this Offer.
13. Reliance do not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this Offer. Maximum liability of Reliance is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the Offer.
14. Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Users that is caused by: (i) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Offer; (ii) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount; (iii) any other events beyond the control of Reliance that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the User.
15. Reliance (including employees, directors) shall not be liable or held responsible for any inactivated JioMart-SBI Co-branded credit card, any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, sms and emails service providers.
16. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on JioMart, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. SBI Cards or Reliance shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
17. Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability on JioMart and accordingly SBI Cards or Reliance in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
18. SBI Cards / Reliance reserve the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time with or without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the Users at all times.
19. Under no circumstance will the Offer being offered under this program be settled with cash in lieu by SBI Cards or by Reliance.
20. All government levies like GST, TDS, any Local Tax, etc., shall be payable by the User as applicable at the time the respective Offers were offered.
21. Users are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on best effort basis.
22. User hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms and conditions by the User; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the User’s part.
23. If the User faces any issue(s) while availing the Offer, the User may contact Reliance at cs@jiomart.com.
24. The transactional discount is not applicable on Reliance SBI Co-Branded Credit Card payment through UPI.
25. All disputes under the Offer shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
