Terms and Conditions

Program: Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) offers this program, commencing from 22^ndAug’23 and ending on 31^st Oct’23 “Refer and Earn”, or “Program”) to individuals who shop on the JioMart portal, the website, the mobile application, and storefront through WhatsApp BOT operated and managed by Reliance (“Portal”). The JioMart storefront on the WhatsApp BOT is hereinafter referred to as “JioMart Shop” and this Program is subject to the eligibility conditions as stated under this Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Referrer: Any individual registered on the Portal who has been issued a Coupon under these Terms and subsequently shares the same with other individuals or prospective customers.

New User: An individual who has not transacted or registered on the Portal.

1. Eligible Products: All products sold by Reliance listed for sale on JioMart Shop. The Offer shall not be valid for the excluded products such as Jewellery, Mom and Baby care. Reliance shall the sole right to determine applicability of Eligible Products for the purposes of the Program from time to time.

2. Offer: A unique coupon code ("the Coupon") shall be shared with the Referrer which can be shared by the Referrer with New User(s). The Coupon is valid for 1 (one) month from the date it is shared. The Coupon can be redeemed by the New User on a successful purchase of Eligible Products with a minimum cart value of Rs. 400.00 (Rupees Four Hundred only), to avail a discount of 10%, up to a maximum discount of Rs. 60.00. For each successful redemption of the Coupon by the New User, the Referrer will be issued a new unique coupon(s) (“New Coupon”) which can be redeemed in subsequent month. The issuance of New Coupon to the Referrer is categorised based on the successful transactions of New Users on the JioMart Shop. The categories are as follows:

( i ) 1 (one) New User transacts successfully, Referrer will receive a Coupon which will be valid once per user.

( ii ) 2 (two) New Users transacts successfully, Referrer will receive a Coupon which will be valid twice per user.

( iii ) 3 (three) New Users transacts successfully, Referrer will receive a Coupon which will be valid thrice per user.

( iv ) 4 (four) or more New Users transacts successfully, Referrer will receive a Coupon which will be valid four times per user.

3. The Referrer can redeem the New Coupon on successful purchase of Eligible Products on a minimum cart value of Rs. 400.00 (Rupees Four Hundred only) to avail a discount of 10%, up to a maximum discount of Rs. 60.00.

4. Process to avail the Offer:

( i ) Register on JioMart (website or mobile application) and have a valid account.

( ii ) Add the Eligible Products to the cart through WhatsApp on JioMart Shop only.

( iii ) Proceed to checkout.

( iv ) Select the payment option as “Pay on JioMart”, apply the Coupon on the cart by following the link on the m-site/app.

( v ) On cancellation of the order (partially or fully) or in case of any doorstep rejection, the Coupon shall be revoked, and the discount shall be adjusted accordingly.

5. Acceptance:Sharing the Coupon by a Referrer or utilisation of Coupon and the New Coupon by a New User respectively, shall be considered as acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions of the Portal.  Any Referrer, or New User providing incorrect information or concealing/withholding any information from Reliance with intent to participate in this Refer and Earn Program will automatically be disqualified from participating in it. Reliance’s determination of such disqualification, at any point of time, shall be final and binding.

6. Other terms and conditions

a ) The Coupon can be used only once by each New User.

b ) A Referrer shall be eligible to earn the New Coupon only upon successful redemption of the Coupon by the New User and a successful transaction. However, if the New User subsequently cancels the order, resulting in value of the cart being reduced to an amount less than Rs.400, the Coupon would not be applicable, and the Referrer would not be eligible to earn a New Coupon.

c ) The Coupon or the New Coupon cannot be transferred or enchased or clubbed with any other coupon or offer.

d ) Coupon or the New Coupon cannot be reused in case of any cancellation on an order for which it was applied.

e ) This Refer and Earn Program is applicable only for online transactions on the JioMart WhatsApp shop.

f ) Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the User either through WhatsApp or advertised on the JioMart Shop, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. WhatsApp or JioMart Shop shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.

g ) Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability on JioMart Shop and accordingly Reliance in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the Products.

h ) Reliance reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

i ) Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any customer or cancel any Coupon, New Coupon, or other coupons issued under the Program, if the Referrer, or New User violate the terms and conditions of this Program or the Portal.

j ) Reliance's decision on all matters relating to the Program, including but not limited to eligibility, issuance of Coupon and New Coupon, and redemption, shall be final and binding.

k ) By participating in the Program, customers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by the Reliance.

l) Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction, or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, modify or change this Program or any part thereof including eligible criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control with or without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof and the same shall be binding on the User at all times.

m ) The User using JioMart Shop shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions and Cancellation, Return and Refund policy listed on JioMart Shop. Please read the terms carefully.

n ) The maximum liability of Reliance is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the Program.

o ) Reliance shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Program including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the User that is caused by:

(i) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program.

(ii) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount.

(iii) any other events beyond Reliance’s control that may cause the promotion.

p ) Reliance (including employees, directors) shall not be liable or held responsible for, any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, SMS, and emails service provider.

q ) Reliance does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Program/benefit or of the products/services under the Program.

r ) Users are not bound in any way to participate in the Program. Any such participation to this Program is purely voluntary and the same is being made purely on best effort basis.

s ) User agrees that these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this Offer.
