  • Any type of electrical or electronic malfunction/ breakdown/ defect of your smartphone / tablet can be repaired under this program.

  • To what extent will the cost of repairs be covered?
  • Repair of the smartphone / tablet or tablet up to the invoice value will be repaired under this plan.
    All you need to do is register your repair request and we will take care of your smartphone / tablet repair including part and labour cost as well as the logistic cost for pick-up and delivery of your smartphone / tablet.

  • Are accessories repaired in this plan?
  • This plan does not repair any type of accessory such as chargers, batteries, earphones, headphones etc. (this list is not exhaustive).

  • What happens if the smartphone/Tablet cannot be repaired?
  • In case the smartphone / tablet cannot be repaired or is declared to be Beyond Economically Repairable (BER), then we would provide you with a like to like replacement of your smartphone / tablet. Detailed terms for the same can be referred to, in your plan Terms & Conditions.

  • How to register your repair request to avail the plan benefits?
  • Simply log onto our 24/7 online chatbot Mia at https://bit.ly/miaresq or call our call centre at 1800 102 8647 between Monday to Sunday (9:00 am to 6:00pm, except on public holidays), answer the details requested for and pay the service fee and submit documents post verification.
    We will then schedule the pick-up, pick it up, get it repaired and then deliver it back to you.

    General Information

    Terms & conditions • This Repair Contract is valid for new Mobile Device purchased in India under a valid invoice and must be purchased on the same day as that of the Mobile Device. • The repair request must be within the Contract Period or 7 (seven) days from the date of malfunction/ defect, whichever is earlier. • The Mobile Device shall be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines for Mobile Device usage including but not limited to regular maintenance and upkeep of the Mobile Device. • Manufacturer’s Warranty remains valid throughout its validity period provided by the manufacturer. • If Service Provider provide you with replacement device in the case of BER, this Repair Contract will automatically be terminated with no refund of the Repair Contract Fee and Service Provider shall have no further obligations for the remaining term of the Contract Period under this Repair Contract. • Service Provider reserves the rights to terminate this Repair Contract in the case of fraud, attempted fraud, or non-disclosure of any changes by you that affect this Repair Contract, and no refund will be due to you. • Upon purchase of the Plan, the Plan’s Terms & Conditions will be separately shared with you within 72 hours of purchase or can be downloaded from our 24/7 online chatbot Mia at https://bit.ly/miaresq.
    Exclusions Breakdown caused by violating manufacturer’s warranty, overload, abuse or negligence. Regular wear and tear or gradual deterioration which affects performance. Damage to or malfunction of the phone caused by or attributed to the operation of a software virus or any other software-based malfunction. Costs implicitly or explicitly covered by any manufacturers, suppliers or repairers warranty. Replacement of any consumable item or accessories like batteries, chargers, headphones, etc. Non-operating and cosmetic damage to the Mobile Device, such as damage to paintwork, Mobile Device finish, dents or scratches. Where the asset serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the device. If repairs have been conducted by unauthorized repair centres at any point during or before the Contract Period. Any costs implicitly or explicitly covered by any warranty, guarantee or maintenance agreement provided by any other OEMs, sellers, service contractors, suppliers, or repairer. Any defects that are subject to the Manufacturer’s Recall.
