We make the finest and the purest grass-fed cow and buffalo ghee. We have completely different facilities for exclusively processing segregated cow milk and buffalo milk , there is no mixing of milk.
When it comes to our ghee, it starts with nutrient rich soil, free of fertilisers and pesticides that grow luscious green grass for the deshi cows to graze on. Sun , soil, clean water, and a bovine mother cow turns organic grass into organic milk, which we then turn into organic ghee !
This ghee recipe has been passed down from 5 generations. It takes almost five days for the ghee to be extracted from the milk from our recipe.
We use earthen pots to boil the milk and then keep it for two/three days to get the best fermentation to curd it. then we use wooden churns to obtain unsalted cultured butter from the curd. Then this butter is still fermented more and after that it is boiled / simmered over medium heat for a longer period of time to give you the best fragrance, flavour and nourishment for a healthy life. The process of creating traditionally clarified ghee is completed once the water is evaporated and impurities get separated from butter and the fat (clarified ghee) is separated from the milk solids. We ensure the purity of the butter and the milk . No chemical is used in this process. Our pure, highest quality shudh deshi kachora ( कचौरा ) ghee is then packed in a transparent Virgin PET jar ( our pet jar is eco-friendly-it is reusable and recyclable ).
Due to our unique making process, our deshi ghee (देशी घी ) when used in kitchen in cauldron/pan ( कड़ाही ) will not vaporise as much as other available ghee in the market and will not produce any foam ( झाग ) while cooking, which is an indication of purity. हमारा घी पूरा पका हुआ पक्का देशी घी है । ये कड़ाही पर चढाने के बाद न तो किसी प्रकार का कोई झाग देता है न ही ज़्यादा धुंआ उड़ाता है और लगता भी कम है । क्योंकि ये पहले से ही पूरा पकाया हुआ होता है । इसमें ज़रा भी कच्चापन नहीं होता।
Our cow ghee is rich in deep golden-yellow colour and usually has a yellowish hue while that of buffalo's milk is whiter in colour.
Our specially produced ghee can be stored for up to 10 years and can be used even after that. With every passing year the aroma of our ghee keeps getting better and better.
Pure deshi ghee ( घी ) has been mentioned as RASA ( रस ) in our Vedas ( वेद ). Rasa gives us ojas ( ओजस ) for life. Ojas give us health, beauty, and longevity ( लम्बी उम्र ) .
According to Ayurveda, ghee ( घी ) is the only product that is considered Sattvic ( सात्विक ) out of things we can derive from other beings.
The benefits of consuming Deshi Ghee include balancing cholesterol levels, protecting the gastrointestinal system, providing additional energy, reducing inflammation in the joints, improving eye health and strengthening our immune system.
The golden goodness has all the properties as described in Ayurveda. Ghee not only makes our food more delicious, but it also makes our food healthier for our body and soul. Ghee has all the necessary nutrients along with antiviral, antioxidant, antifungal and antibacterial properties. Ghee is composed primarily of good fats, and it also contains significant levels of vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin D and vitamin K.
Disclaimer:
We will always deliver fresh ghee only. This PET JAR contains 1000 mililitres (900 grams) of pure deshi ghee DERIVED EXCLUSIVELY FROM COW MILK. The fragrance of our ghee will be same as prepared at home. Although we clarify our ghee but still it can have some minute residual particles collected at the bottom of the jar in the same manner as we prepare ghee at home.
