STEPS TO USE BASTI KIT

STEP 1Take the pot and assemble its parts as shown in image. | STEP 2Wash it with plain water 2 to 3 times, tighten its clamp to stop the flow of water and then fill it with 200 to 400ml of clean lukewarm water. | STEP 3Apply a few drops of natural coconut or olive oil on the tip of the nozzle to lubricate it. | STEP 4Place the filled pot on a shelf or hand it on a wall (its level should be higher than your waist). |

STEP 5Sit on the western or Indian toilet seat and bend forward by moving your head downwards and your chest towards your thighs.
