Heat 2 tbsps oil in a pan, add 2 medium chopped onions, 2 tbsps giner-garlic paste and saute. 2. Add 3 medium chopped tomatoes and mix well, saute till they turn soft and pulpy. 3. Add 1 sachet of Pav Bhaji Masala and mix well. Add 500g boiled vegetables (potatoes, green peas, cauliflower), 1 chopped capsicum and mix well. 4. Add 1 cup water , salt to taste and cook for 5-6 mins and mash it well. Add 3 tbsps butter and mix well. Garnish with 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander. 5. Serve immediately with roasted pavs, chopped onion and lemon wedges. Chef's tip : While roasting the pav, add butter and sprinkle some pav bhaji masala over it.
