It also helps to eradicate skin blemishes and diminish age lines. Additionally, it helps to increase the production of collagen in the body and skin elasticity.

Wheat bran, is the outer hard coat of wheat grain. It contains selenium, which acts as an excellent antioxidant which protects the skin against sun damage. Selenium, vitamin E and zinc in wheat help nourish the skin, fight acne, and prevent sun damage.
