- Extracted using traditional bilona method- we use the rajasthan originated bilona method to make our a2 desi cow ghee. In this process, the a2 desi cow milk is boiled and converted into curd in an earthen pot. Further it is hand- churned to extract butter and then boiled to leave behind pure a2 ghee.
