How to Use

The skin, pulp, and seeds of the Kiwi Gold are very much edible. Wash and cut the fruit into two halves and scoop out the pulp with a spoon to eat fresh. Peel the skin and dice the Kiwi to toss it in mint green or fruit salads. Puree the ripe Kiwi to flavour smoothies, ice-creams, or yoghurts. Add the cubes to Parfaits, or make a Kiwi salsa. Try a refreshing morning drink with Kiwi and lemonade. Kiwi slices and pieces can be used to garnish sweet and savoury dishes. Add them to baking recipes or use the pulp to make Kiwi jams. Kiwis combine well with other fruits like mangoes, bananas, berries, strawberries, raspberries, and citrus oranges.
