Saute chopped onions and slit green chilies in oil in a pressure cooker without the lid till the onion goes pink, (add a spoon of Ghee if required) 2. Add ginger garlic per your taste and keep stirring till they are mixed well with the onions to form an even cooked paste. 3. Add in blended tomatoes and cook for a while (optional) 4.
