Noodles were introduced into Japan from China during about 1000 years ago. Egg Ramen are thin, wheat-based noodles made using wheat flour and eggs, which are mixed and formed into a dough, cut into flat strips, and then cooked in boiling water, it has a springy, firm texture. The dough is risen before being rolled. How to cook: 1) Cooking the noodles in boiling water for about 5-6 minutes. 2) Stir tenderly until the noodles loosen then drain the hot water. 3) Rinse in clear cold water. 4) Add cooked noodles to hot oil and fry till brown and crisp.
