- Shatavari Powder: It maintains healthy hormonal balance and is used in India as a best-known and most often-used herb for women and men; Rich in taste and rich in vitamin A.
- Gokhru powder is made from the fruit, Ayurveda and herbal product, this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease.
- Direction on use: Ashwagandha Root Powder: Mix 1 serving (2 g) of powder with water, milk, smoothie, soup or juice. To get maximum benefit, take 2 grams of powder with a pinch of black paper and 2 teaspoons of ghee (clear butter)
- Shatavari Powder: The recommended serving size is 2 grams (1/2 tsp) and recommended dose is 2-4 gms/day. Take it after a meal or breakfast I Gokhru Powder: Take to 1/2 teaspoon with warm water/milk.
