We meticulously select the finest sesame seeds and employ a single-press, cold-pressed method, which involves pressing the seeds using heavy steel plates. This process is designed to preserve the oil's natural nutrients, including Vitamin E, Omega-6 fatty acids, Antioxidants and its distinct nutty flavour. By utilizing this method, we safeguard the integrity of the oil's high levels of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and anti-inflammatory properties.

100% Cold-Pressed: We use a single screw press cold-pressed method to extract oil without using heat or chemicals, preserving the flavour and nutritional value. It is Unrefined as we don't process oil after a single press to deliver Pure and Unadulterated oil.

Single Press: Cold-pressed oils obtained from a single press method are generally of higher quality and purity. Traditional extraction methods, which often involve high heat and additional processing steps, can lead to flavour alteration and a loss of aromatic properties.

Free Fatty Acid (FFA): FFA value of 1% in Oila Oils Sesame oil indicates its freshness and high quality. FFA value measures the concentration of free fatty acids in oil. High-quality oils have low FFA values, ranging from 0.5% to 2%.
