Rinse them well few times & drain Paneer Masala to colander. 2. Heat half tbs oil in a pan. Saute green chillies, cashew & spinach for 3 to 4 mins until the leaves wilt off thoroughly & the raw smell of spinach has gone away. 3. Cool this completely. Blend along with ¼ cup water to smooth puree. 4. Heat 1 tbs oil to same pan. Add onions & fry till they turn transparent to golden. 5. Next sauté ginger garlic paste until you begin to smell it. 6. Add tomatoes. Saute until they turn mushy. 7. Add Rehmat Palak Paneer Masala. 8. Pour ¾ cup of water & cook until onions are completely soft. 9. Lower flame & add pureed spinach. Mix well & cook for about 2 to 3 mins. 10. Add paneer & mix well. Garnish with cream 11. Serve palak paneer with naan or jeera rice.
