Aam Papad, a sun dried Indian fruit leather, is made by mixing Mango pulp with oil/ghee. This Aam Papad is a bit sour when tasted i.e why also called Khatta Aam Papa. Sweet Aam Papad is also available which is prepared by adding sugar syrup during preparation stage. Koshur Foods Aam Papad is made of real fruit pulp & does not contain any artifical flavouring.
