Disclaimer:
Mix 1 tbsp of powder with 3 tbsp of water or Rose water to form a fine paste. Apply on skin or hair. Keep it for 15 mins on skin or 30 mins on hair. Rinse with normal water. Add 3 gm of powder in a glass of warm water/smoothie/juice and stir it well for consumption.
