• METHOD OF PREPARATION: Milk from udder is kept in Iron Kadhai (utensil) and boiled at low temperature. After boiling, milk is kept separately get it to lukewarm temperature. Curd Culture is now added and the milk is allowed to settle for overnight. Next day, the whole curd is churned through wooden Bilona to separate the butter from the remaining buttermilk. This fresh butter is now cleaned, clarified and melted to get authentic cultured bilona ghee.
