Recipes made with: Wonder’s Mera Wala Pani Puri Masala
- Rinse the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly. Drain the excess water.
- In a blender add mint, coriander, green chilies, ginger, lemon juice, salt and grind it smooth paste with an ice cube to retain the green color.
- Transfer the paste to a large bowl, add Wonder Mera Wala Pani Puri Masala, salt and add 4 cups of water. Stir it nicely. Add salt if needed. Refrigerate it for an hour. Strain it before serving.
- In a bowl mix mashed potatoes, chana, moong, salt, Wonder Mera Wala Chaat Masala, Wonder Mera Wala Red Chilly Powder, Coriander leaves and salt as desired.
- In a platter, take the masala, puri, small bowl of khajur imli chutney and a big bowl of Pani with boondi.
- Crack the center of the puri with your finger or a spoon.
- Relish on every bite.
