In a pan heat one tablespoon of on medium flame, fry potato cubes for 2 mins till light brown. Remove and keep aside. In the same pan, add the cauliflower and cook for 3-4 mins. Remove and continue with potatoes. Add another teaspoon of oil, add the Wonder Mera Wala Cumin Seeds and onions. Saute till soft and light brown. Add ginger chili paste and stir. Add tomato puree, cook for 2 mins. Spice it up with 2 teaspoons of Wonder Mera Wala Garam Masala, Wonder Mera Wala Turmeric Powder, Wonder Mera Wala Kashmiri/Kumthi Chili Powder, and salt. Add the cauliflower and potatoes. Mix gently, cover the pan, and cook it for 2-3 mins on low flame. Add little water, if it looks dry to you. Keep a check, if overcooked then the vegetable will turn mushy. Turn off the flame and garnish with generous coriander that adds a lovely aroma to the curry.
