- Resin Matters: When discussing 3D printing, most people focus on the resolution of 3D printer. But experienced makers know that the materials used are as important as the printer in order to make the final results look good.
- Photosensitive resin + ceramic powder: It developed this DLP craftsman resin to help makers obtain more detailed 3D printed items. Specific proportions of nano-scale microcrystalline ceramic powders are added to photosensitive resin.
- Compatible with mainstream DLP printers: After further compatibility testing, it was pleased to find that the DLP craftsman resin works well not only with photon ultra, but also other mainstream DLP 3D printers on the market.
- Extra long shelf life-one and a half years: Other resin products on the market have a shelf life of only 1 year. Thanks to the upgrade of formula, the shelf life of DLP craftsman resin is up to one and a half years.
Precautions:
1.Keep sealed and away from light at room temperature. Avoid heat or sunlight.
2.Recommended temperature: 18-35℃. The printing effect may be affected if the temperature is too low. The resin can be preheated properly (not more than 60℃) before use.
3.In case of settlement of resin pigment, please stirring or shaking well before use.
4.In order to ensure the desired properties of cured materials, the intensity and time of light source during post-curing should be controlled.Therefore, it is suggested that:
(1)The intensity of mercury lamp or LED light source is 5-10MW /m2, and the duration shall not exceed 1 hour (self-regulation);
(2)The duration of sun exposure (summer) should be controlled at about 1 hour;
(3)Close or long-term exposure under strong light sources such as high-power high-pressure mercury lamp is prohibited;
(4)It is recommended to print in a dark room, or cover when printing.

Usage Notes:
Shake the resin well before use.
Unscrew the cap and add it to the resin tank according to requirements, and select the right settings when using.
After printing, use supporting tools for post-processing, including spatula, diagonal pliers, tweezers, containers, and gloves, Ethanol (≥95%), lactate or isopropyl alcohol cleaning liquid.
