Description
® Crew High Gloss Marble Polish a product used for wet crystallization and
protection of calcareous stone floors.

*Directions for use
Dosages /Dilution : Make the solution with 3 parts of powder and 2 parts of water.
Slowly add the water to the powder and shake the mixture to a homogeneous paste.
Please ensure that the paste is shaken vigorously to ensure smooth dispersion.
When the paste has to be applied on the surface, shake the mixture adequately so
that the crystals settle down and are adequately spread over the floor.
Application : If the floor has visible scratches, hone the surface using 400 grit
diamond pad for 2 mins per sqm and followed by 1800 or 2000 grit diamond pad
for 5 mins per sqm before subjecting to the crystallisation. Use 1% neutral
cleaner solution and clean the surface using single disc machine with red pad and
then vacuum it. Ensure proper rinsing with water to remove all dirt particles.
Damp the floor using wet mopping. Ensure it is just moist and no excess water on
floor. It is extremely important to have the floor slightly moist before the
application of High Gloss Marble Polish. Spread the paste in the center of the
application area. Place a 165 RPM single disc machine, fitted with a red pad,
directly on top of the paste. Begin spreading the paste equally over the entire area
to be treated. Buff for 3-4 mins per m². Do not allow the paste to dry. Sprinkle a
little water whenever required to maintain a creamy paste.
At the end of crystallisation, dilute the slurry with fresh water, pick it up with a wet
vacuum cleaner. Flood and agitate the section thoroughly with plenty of neutral
cleaner solution to ensure complete product rinse-off. Remove the solution with a
wet vacuum cleaner. After the floor dries completely, dry buff with ed with a soft
white pad
