How to use:
- 1. Put in a nasal rinse mix.
- 2. Pour into warm water(about 37°C) to 300ml.
- 3. Close cap and shake(Be sure to select the child nasal wash nozzle for children. Children cannot use adult nozzle)
- 4. Start nasal wash. Breathe through your mouth.(Blow your nose gently, without pinching your nose completely because it will apply pressure on the eardrums.)
