- Handlebar is made of Seamless Steel Pipes – which provide Zero Welded Joints and Zero Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) weakness thereby giving better strength and increased ability to withstand high impact loading shocks.
- Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Foam is used for Handlebar Cover Foam for
better ergonomics (soft on hands), high durability, resilience and
sturdiness after long use, to be weather-resistant, water resistant to
prevent slippage and withstand harmful agents like fuel oils and
chemicals. - Painting is done through powder coating method to protect the platform trolley from
scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and general wear.
Yellow & Black color combination is used to provide better
visibility and identification on shop floors. No special cleaners or
solvents are needed to keep it clean. Instead, it can be wiped down with
regular, soapy water and rinsed off. - Platform trolley has 04 Polyurethane (PU) Castor wheels. Having 04
wheels help in uniform load distribution, provide high load carrying
capacity, better maneuverability and operational control. - The shock-absorbing Polyurethane (PU) castor wheels provide smooth, silent rolling without humming or noise, leaving no marks or scratches on the floor.
- Polyurethane wheels wear at a slower rate making it more long lasting. Polyurethane
wheel (PU Wheels) are resistant to cuts and tears making it extremely
durable. - PU Castor Wheels have higher tensile strength allowing it to carry heavier loads. It is
resistant to sunlight, oxygen, ozone, and several other environmental
factors. It is resistant to damage caused by abrasive chemicals too. - All the wheels are equipped with 600ZZ series deep groove ball bearings which are of Non-Contact Shielded Type.
- The Rings, Cages and Balls are constructed of high quality through-hardened
steel which resists corrosion and provides greater hardness and strength. - 600ZZ series bearings provide Good
Speed capability, Grease Sealing Effectiveness, Dust Resistance and add
no friction or heat build-up during operation, long life and less
maintenance - Wheels brackets are Nickel chromium plated providing resistance from rusting and corrosion plus giving an excellent look and finish to the brackets.
- The Wheels brackets are mounted on 02 Fixed bases (Rigid in Front) and 02 Swivel bases (360* Rotation – in Rear) offering better control, better maneuverability, better load distribution, better handling and ease of use.
- The 02 Swivel Bases are of Kingpinless type and acts as steering wheels. These Kingpinless Swivel base castor wheels fitted
in this platform trolley help in the spearing of castor loads over a
larger area, allowing it to be used at higher speeds and providing
higher loading capacity. The swivel motion is more uniform and swivels
more easily. Less maintenance is required as there is no nut to be
re-tightened.
