Terms and Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) for the scratch card engagement Contest (“Contest”) organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”). The Contest details can be found on various platforms such as social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc. and may also be received by users on their registered mobile numbers or email id. Each Participant who has participated in the Contest during the Contest Period will receive a discount value (“Rewards”), which can be redeemed by the Participant on www.jiomart.com  website or the mobile application (collectively called as “JioMart”) during the Redemption period (defined below).

Period:

  • This Contest is live from 28th September, 2023 at (00:00:00 Hrs) onwards -("Contest Period") or such other date and/or time as may be determined by Reliance. 
  • Redemption: The Rewards can be redeemed between 8th October, 2023 (00:00:00 Hrs) to 11th November, 2023 (23:59:59 Hrs) (“Redemption Period”) or such other date and/or time as may be determined by Reliance.

Eligibility:

  • This Contest is open to individual residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above, except for the residents of Tamil Nadu or such other state wherein such contests or awarding prizes are prohibited by law.
  • Participation in this Contest is purely voluntary.
  • No entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Contest.
  • By entering into this Contest, the individual is hereby consenting to be bound by these Terms of the Contest.

Contest Details:

  • Users (“Participants”) must click on the link and will have the option to scratch the card to win Rewards;
  • Participants must provide their details such as name, a valid phone number registered in India, and an Email ID and undertake OTP verification to access the scratch card;
  • Participant will receive the coupon intimation to redeem the reward on 8th October, 2023;
  • Each Participant can win a maximum of one scratch card during the Contest Period; and
  • Participants can redeem the Reward issued under this Contest only once during the Redemption Period.
  • The coupon discount received will be applicable against min. cart value as follows:

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Participants of this Contest shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
  • Reliance shall not be responsible for any communication or activity between participants and unauthorised accounts.
  • Reliance’s discretion in respect of all matters to do with the Contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into;
  • The Rewards is non-exchangeable into cash, non-saleable, non-auctionable and non- transferrable to another person, JioMart account and/or bank account, as the case may be.
  • Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Contest or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent Terms at their sole discretion at any time including after it is announced as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the participant(s) without prior notice.
  • Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will be handled in accordance with Reliance's privacy policy.
  • The Rewards cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotion offered by Reliance on JioMart.
  • In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Contest and disqualify any participant from getting the benefits of this Contest.
  • Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Contest.
  • Reliance does not accept responsibility for loss of the coupon under this Contest and no duplicate coupon nor any other compensation of similar value be provided by Reliance to the participants under any circumstance.
  • Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
  • Reliance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest and these Terms without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Reliance’s control.
  • Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage or cost or third party liability which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Contest including but not limited to any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the participants that is caused by:
  • technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Contest;
  • any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Promotion Codes under this Contest;
  • any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the participant.
  • Participant hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the Participant; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the Participant’s part.
  • Any grievance, questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Contest will be entertained by Reliance only during the Contest Period at cs@jiomart.com .
  • Participants agrees that these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Contest.
